Danielle Spalding
With more than 20 years as a public affairs and marketing professional and nearly 10 years in the battery industry, Danielle drives company growth and brand reputation with innovative, creative, and forward-thinking initiatives. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Government Affairs, she expertly led the rebrand of Cirba Solutions, was directly involved in the company being awarded over $200 million in federal grant funding, ensures the company is making an impact in the communities where they have operations, and building brand awareness and amplifying Cirba Solutions’ positioning as a leader in the battery recycling materials and management industry.
Danielle is an advocate and a trusted leader in the space related to policy implementation (state and federal levels), her deep knowledge of the battery recycling and sustainable critical mineral refinement sectors on a global scale, and her inventive ideas to move the industry forward. She supports the industry in various roles including on the Board of Directors of the Battery Materials & Technology Coalition (BMTC) and her work as Chairperson of ReMAs (Recycled Materials Association) Battery Policy Workgroup.
Over the course of her impressive career, Danielle has worked with national brands including Colgate, Nestlé Waters, Bacardi Limited, and Tom’s of Maine, among others. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Michigan.
